September 1st

You were sleeping so much I thought I could run to the bathroom and leave you unattended. How could I have guessed that you'd log yourself on to the computer?! you'd pulled up 10 screens in "incognito mode." I didn't even know this existed. My mommy group has a mole in it...that move made wonder if it was you... ;)

You did a lot of being cute today...being cute on a couch, in a boppy...reading a book (separate post) and eating a book...your sleep schedule was off though, you went to bed super early and then were up forEVER...so we read the mommy boards together (you're amazed by the drama) and you hogged the bed all cutely...ringing in september 2 wide awake. wiiiide awake.

August 31st

"I'm wet and I have only one sock...just sayin'." (is what seems to be going on in that first picture.)

We've been trying to think of activities that keep up with your excitement and engagement with the world around you, but it's hard to think of things as quickly as you learn/are ready for them! It's amazing, you take a nap and wake up smarter and able to do more... So, we read - a very cool book about bees and about being nice/finding out about things instead of making assumptions about them. Also Aunt Beth came over, but right when she got here Beth came over too! So two Beth's were holding you at once :)

You took a lot of mini naps today - but no real long ones, so Mama is T-I-R-E-D. I imagine that you'll realize that you are too - I hope that comes soon, even though I always miss you when you're sleeping. Silly Mama...
