October 26th

We spent the morning with Paula and played some soccer and got some snuggles and tickles and kisses... Well, you did... :)

From there we went to Jenny's house and played with Rosie and Dolly and Jenny and the dogs...We played with Mr & Mrs Potato Heads, ate dinner...had a toddler dance party/race around the dining room table...It was a great day.  And it's so beautiful outside!  There's a hurricane coming, so I took a few pictures of the changing leaves before they all get blown off.  We have so much preparing for the storm.  Ugh.

October 25th

I had work today, so you spent the early afternoon with Grandmom and Grandmapa.  You and Grandmom went on a walk and went to the playground.  No one else was there, so you two had the whole place to yourselves!  When I got to their house, we relaxed a bit and then I made dinner for everyone.  You've started eating in the booster seat at their house, so you sit with us at the table like a big boy!  You also loved the lentils that I made which surprised me...you have such good taste in food!  Not just because I made it, but because you really seem to enjoy and even prefer healthier foods!

When I got home I looked through pictures of me when I was your age.  Everyone seems to think we look a lot alike, and I'm not sure that I see it quite so intensely as they do, but we do look like we would have had a lot of fun playing together, don't we?

October 24th

We had a very busy day today!  We woke up and played danced and then Lee and Maddie came over...You danced and colored and played with all sorts of different toys...You kept giving Maddie things that you thought that she would like - you're such a good sharer!

We napped when they left to get us ready for our evening; me going to work and you going to hang out with Papa!  You went to his work and met everyone left there that you hadn't met yet and played a bit at the playground and his apartment.  We came home and cuddled and watched some Sesame Street... Busy busy busy!
