Quite a day...You've started this new schedule...you get up early, play for an hour or two and then go back to sleep for like 4...then are largely up for the rest of the day. During today's early play you finally slid down the slide in addition to climbing up it. You went down backwards and on your belly, and when you got to the bottom you clapped, and invited me to clap too...for about an hour. :)
When we woke up we went to see Tali and Zev and Elan... We keep talking about getting us all together, but we finally did it and had so much fun! After playing with Zev for a while in baby heaven Elan woke up and we ate a bit...you had your first eggs that you actually ate! You seemed to really like them actually...I knew you would, you silly man... After eating we went outside and did all sorts of fun things... We played on the slides for a while (until I got too paranoid...sigh.) and then in the sandbox...we flew, and we went back inside... Elan came in and took off Zev's shoes, which was so sweet to watch... Everyone had snacks, and then you taught them how to make the kitchen island into a race track. Ultimately this was not the greatest idea...but fun was had before that lesson was learned. We left just in time for you to not have an official tired meltdown and slept the whole way home...I even drove around for an extra half an hour to help you stay sleeping. We ate some dinner and snacked on some watermelon and off to sleep with you. I gotta say Little, you have some of the sweetest and coolest friends...I'm so excited for your world!
