It's a lot of pictures, I know...but mostly because if you ever printed them out you could make a pretty cool flip book.
Today we went to the funeral of an amazing woman. Faina was one of Grandmom's closest friends. Grandmom and Grandmapa met her and her husband in dance class over a decade ago, and when they stopped dance classes they just got closer and closer. You were incredibly lucky to have met her. You were mesmerized by her whenever you saw her...and her wit, intellect and fortitude helped me through some less than sturdy feeling days. She is and will be sorely missed, but I'm so happy that you got to meet her. You should ask Grandmom and Grandmapa for stories...stories of her are sure to be good ones.
Once we were home we played and you watched me cook. I'm not sure why I don't remember the obvious things to use to help keep you happy...thank you Paula for reminding me about the Bumbo. Today it helped me clean two rooms while you watched. We sang, and I'd take breaks from cleaning so that we could dance around the house. You love Queen. I can't say I blame you.
Aunt Beth came over and we did more of the same...just with her there too. You climbed her a bunch. A day full of lovin... (not that there's really any other kind in your world...)
