April 29th

I had a rough morning as evidenced by the fact that there is not one picture of you from me before dinner!  We dropped you off at G&G's in the late morning, and Grandmom took you to the Please Touch Museum!  You two had so much fun... You played yourself exhausted, and while you were sleeping in the car, Grandmom recounted every single thing that you did at the museum!  Clearly you two should go there more often!

We had dinner shortly after you woke up, I had more work, and then we went home and got to Skype with Yanira!  And almost immediately after hanging up with her you were out.  I couldn't even get you to change your shirt... 

April 28th - twenty-three months!!! AHHH!!!

We sure have been spending a lot of time at the dog park this week!  If this is what Spring is gonna be like we're going to have so much fun!!  Today we went with Aiden and met Terry and Ezra there!  We hiked a little bit, and ran around a bit... You cried and Ezra came over to give you a hug (I love that kid, man...) and you took a towel for a walk on Aiden's leash... If that's not a recipe for a ideal morning, I don't know what is...

You played me some music, and then we went to Grandmom's so I could go to work.  You two went to Independence Park, and while you did have a lot of fun, there was a wee disappointment around the carousel.  (You've been promised to be taken on the next one you see...no worries, Mister...)

We came home, ate some dinner...did what looks like a lot of teething...tucked yourself in to the closest laundry you could find, and eventually fell asleep suuuuper early...You slept right through your birth time.  Mister, you're almost two!  It's funny, people keep asking how old you are, and when I say "23 months" (or "almost 23 months" is what I've been saying most recently) people reply "So, 2 years then." And I always say "No, he's not 2 years old yet!  Don't rush him!"  (Alright, maybe that's not so much "funny...")
