September 29th

We got up bright and early to spend as much time with Julia as we could before she left.  Well, you got up bright and early because that's just what you do now... I got up to take care of you and to see Julia as much as I could before she left.  We had breakfast, went on a walk, had lunch and then she went to a show with Grandmom.  We went to get shoes and saw Anneliese (who is a lifesaver when you're in your moods...and sweetpea...you were in one of your moods.)  Then we went to Target, back to G&G's for one final Julia hug, and then we spent the rest of the night playing and eating and G&G's.  You finally cut two more teeth bringing your grand total to date up to six.  I'm going to try to get a picture of them, but you tend not to cooperate on the top ones...

September 28th - Sixteen Months!!

We started our day off with a visit from Paula!  She finished the mural in your room and it looks so good!  She's likely to add a branch here and there and some leaves to the more bare half of the tree, but it is no longer half way finished.  It's so nice to see her :)

We spent the rest of the day with the girls...and G&G... We have so much fun with them!  This is a terribly large country we live in Mister, and they're on the other end.  It's such a bummer.  If only we could all live exactly where we wanted to be but not have to be on opposite ends of the country to do it...

I'm not sure if it's fever or teething or what Man, but lordy have you been running hot and cold in your moods!  I sure hope whatever's got you agitated stops before both of us go a little crazy...

September 27th

Look who's in town!!!  The second we got to G&G's Lauren found you and started being the excellent big cousin that she is.  You followed her into the den and you two read for a bit until breakfast was ready.  We played 'A my name is...' and had a very funny, very Schulman time doing it... All of my couples were gay, Grandmapa kept saying "Hi. I'm Peter.  That's my wife, Marcia.  We live in Bala Cynwyd....we don't sell anything."  It was completely predictable and so completely us.

I went to work and you spent the day with Grandmom and the girls... I came home, the girls left, and we went to Rebecca's house where you played with a bunch of new kids and ate spaghetti with a fork all by yourself!!

When we got home you were so exhausted that we couldn't even make it back to G&G's to pick up Peabody!  I was so exhausted that I collapsed into your little arm chair rocker and couldn't bring myself to get out of it.  I think that's the sign of a good day, right?
