You started off your day at school, playing in the farm and then playing with Ernesto while picking your nose. (I hope you got it, Man, and I hope it was a really good one...) I picked you up and we were off to go pick up Steph and Aiden, and then Jacob! We took our first new family photo(s) and then drove back with me and Jacob on one side of you and Aiden on the other. You were so excited to have us all back there with you! You totally know exactly who Jacob is, and were talking about how "oh...Jacob's nice...Aiden's nice...Steph's nice...Mommy's nice..." You and I also played this weird (to me) game in which my hands kinda locked your hands up. You loved it.
We went to Pet Valu and picked up a few things that we thought we might need now that we've met Jacob, and then went to Grandmom's and Grandmapa's house so that Jacob could meet them. We came home and played a little, and got Jacob all settled, cuddled a bit, and then all went to bed. Jacob slept the whole night in his crate without stirring! Until Steph needed to get up in the night, but I suppose that's the start of tomorrow's post...
To end this post, I would like to introduce and thank Jacob's bio-parents...Thank you Destiny, and thank you Pete...We will love our little man as one of our pack, and give him the best home we're capable of. Thank you thank you thank you...
