You weren't interested in napping, I'm still feeling really sick, I don't have the energy to deal with whining...and so...we decided it was essential to go outside. You didn't want to. So I decided to paint. You didn't want to. I decided to go outside and paint, whether you wanted to or not... and you decided you wanted to join. We used found items from outside as our "brushes," and got some cute stuff made before the activity devolved into water table play. Water table play made me feel like we should probably just fill up the pool and do this whole "outdoor activities" thing up right. You were having so much fun out there! You didn't even want me to join!! You talked to your dolphin friend and you let the dragon be a sprinkler without freaking out that it was getting you wet!
Steph came home and you lazed about until finally "napping" at 6:30. Sigh. In the awake time, we managed to get a book in (10 or 12 times) some plant watering, and an ice cream sandwich we had forgotten about in the freezer. Stinker.
