After taking Peabody out you did your morning yoga (silly man...) and then got dressed to go meet the Fervers at Yapple. As we were getting into the car we heard a bird call that we haven't heard before, looked up, and saw a beautiful yellow bird eating from the strange sunflowers...Such a lovely little family those two birds were :)
So, Mister...we need to have a talk about sidewalk safety... You don't want to sit for a meal? Fine. Want to go for a walk? Fine. But if we're gonna go for a walk we have to stay on the sidewalk. Do you know that a few days before you were born I got hit by a bus? I was 32 years old and had been crossing streets for like 27 years at the time and I STILL got hit by a BUS! You are significantly smaller than I was...you don't know what a bus is...it's just not safe to go into the street. The pictures of you crying on the bricks are because you wanted to go into the street. I tried to hold your hand so we could go together safely and you pulled away from me and started crying right there in the middle of the cross walk. Toddlerhood is not easy...I'll grant you that, but neither is parenting a toddler. Man.
We went to Bed Bath and Beyond and then to a Halloween store...then back to our house for dinner. I hope the teeth that have been bothering you come in soon...I hope that you stop pressing the home button on the iPad soon...and I hope we get to see Rosie and family even though Dolly is going back to work. That's all for now :)
