June 16th

Today was a day filled with naps and singing... You fell asleep reading your blog... Aunt Beth came again and hung out with us -You got your first package in the mail! I put together your bouncy seat incorrectly twice and need to redo it one more time... We spent the evening in your room, gliding and reading until a spider scared us (me) out, so we waited for mommy to come home in bed.

Every time I looked away from you you got fussy :) You made such good eye contact! You also calmed down every time I sang to you... Today's songs were "hey hey we're the monkeys" (changed to hey hey you're my monkey...clearly...,) "break my stride" from the 80s, sweet baby james, and rainbow connection. I wonder if you're still gonna like them when you're older?
