Going home...
Mommy was STRESSED... It was nice to have so many nurses and coaches checking in on us and I didn't want our first few hours to end, so I essentially asked for a late check out :)
Aunt Kimmy came in from New York to meet you, Brooke and Carol visited (they're the mommies of Quinn...you'll meet him as soon as he gets here and they get settled), and then Mommy and Aunt Kimmy stayed with you while Mommy got the car and car seat ready for you to go home in.
You didn't like the car ride until we started playing you music... Penny Lane calmed you down, Hotel California kept you calm (you used to dance whenever it came on when you were still inside) and then I cried to My First Child for the remainder of the ride home. I loved carrying you around in my belly little man. Being pregnant with you was one of the most amazing experiences of my life... I think I'm about to have a lot more "most amazing experiences..." Thank you :)

oh my god. i love reading your blog. wish I had read more of it when it was happening but my memory/issues with sleeping 14hrs a day were a bit of a problem as you may recall.
I m totally crying reading all this stuff. you re such a great mom. he s gonna love having all of this one day and if he doesn't, he's in trouble ;)
