Happy birthday Uncle Stu! (and Ben...and apparently, Yanira's sister!)
Our day started with more facetiming with Yanira... Swoon, Mister...just swoooooon....
Today you decided to not finish TWO lollipops at once! Weirdo.
We napped and went to Jenks School's playground. That place is amazing! It's like a whole little world! You don't seem to have a giant desire to play in the sandbox just yet...but everything else you were all over...and true to form, you even played with the gates and the borders to each of the sections. You played mostly in the "little kid" side, but adventured yourself over to the "big kid" side as well. Once you did that you were really not very interested in leaving. It was getting cold though, so eventually we headed home. We're definitely going to make a regular thing of going there though!
(Sigh. We miss Yanira. She's so pretty, isn't she?...)
I had a pretty gnarly headache, and was kind of grumpy also, so we tried (unsuccessfully) to nap, and ended up submitting to the iPad. You're such a fan of Annie - which shouldn't surprise me...with all of the kids and music and dancing...it's a pretty obvious choice for you, but I like to think that it's because it was my favorite movie. That's fair, right?
