About a year after going to beautiful gardens with Anneliese and her friends, we decided to do it again...this time on a search for giant bugs, and on a mission to jump around the treetops like squirrels. Both missions accomplished! You kept running into the trees to pose for pictures, or to hug or kiss them. When we got up to the tree house you and I were both a little hesitant to run the nets as freely as a squirrel would. You have no idea from the pictures, but we were up in the canopy of the trees! We ended up being quite comfy up there, though, with Anneliese's help, you were certainly more comfy than I had any interest in being. Perfect, right? Somebody had to take the pictures! You had a meltdown about a diaper once we got out of the trees, and that was our signal to head home.
We came home to a nice long nap...such a long nap, in fact, that we ended up really doing nothing but waking up, eating and brushing teeth before heading back to bed. What a nice day!
