Another 'earlier than intended' morning. No worries...we did some reading and some phone exploration (you got my old one...), played some drums on the shoes of your bear, and we were off to buy cans. From there we met the Fervers at Target where we spent the rest of the morning. I wonder if Target will still be around when you can read this. You will have spent more time in Target, Little Man...a statistically relevant portion of your life has been spent at Target.
We picked up Steph and went back to the Fervers to make more apple butter and some pies...and a crisp...and an inside out crisp. There's no sense picking way more apples than could possibly be needed if you're not going to then bake more apple products than could possibly be eaten, right?
Of note: you and Ro watched TV together on the couch and I can imagine the two of you growing up in the same positions...watching movies every year while the adults bake their way-too-many-apple-based things. You and Ro also had your first fight where we could understand what you were working through. Ro explained why the gate needed to be closed, you wanted it open (probably to close it...) and the adults watched you two work it out. You did beautifully...resolved it quickly. I love you two so much it's insane to me that I have room to love or do much of anything else. Also, you and Steph have a shoe thing. I'm not asking questions, if it works it works.
